The brake adjuster nut fits inside the brake drum. It attaches to
the adjusting block on the backing plate and tightens or loosens
the brake shoe.

These are sold individually (4 required per car.)
The screw is attached inside the brake drum. In the front
the screw threads into the nut inside the wheel cylinder.
In the rear the nut is in the adjuster block. Two screws
are required for each brake drum.

This kit will fit existing stock spindles without any wheel adapters.
Provide stopping power of disc brakes on your early Beetle or Karmann Ghia.
Please Note: This product is compatible with 15-inch wheels.
Do not use this conversion kit with 14-inch wheels.
This kit will NOT work with drop spindles, it will only work with stock-style, drum brake spindles.
