This heater channel comes with outer rocker, running board fastening panel, and bottom plate. This is the complete unit imported from Denmark. The heating channel is the critical
lower body piece running across the bottom of the car from the front firewall along the
bottom of the door to the front of the rear fender well. The heater channel holds the ducts
under the back seat, the front floor vent and the defroster hose duct. The floor pan bolts
to the heater channel nut plate and the running boards attach to the side nut inserts on the
channel. You must master the techniques in our dvd before installing a heater channel. Not
a simple job !!

Reinforcement rails are crucial for solidifying the car's body in a convertible. Rusting rails invite erosion of the undercarriage, which jeopardizes your car's structural integrity. Symptoms of trouble: Sagging doors that don't shut right or are misaligned with their posts.

Our replacement rails are properly configured to merge with the floor pans and wheel well. Angles, dimensions, and weld integrity are excellent. Jack supports are installed in the rails.

Instructions: The very best instructions on installing these, and the floor pans,
jack plates and all related work is to be found in Volume 7 of the 'Bug Me'
DVDs. The reinforcement rails work is contained in this great body work DVD.
