One of the best places to look for specialists in "parting out" old cars (Ghias in particular) is Hemmings Motor News monthly magazine. There are thousands of classifieds and shop ads in it. You will also find several specialists in restoring old bumpers advertised in this magazine as well. These are listed in the Services section of the magazine. The process is lengthy and expensive, if done right, but it is the only way to get a quality bumper on to your car.
