Karmann Ghia Exhaust Systems by EMPI

EMPI headers and exhaust systems are coated with a layer of paint which acts as a rust inhibitor and may burn off once they get hot. Its best to clean off the coating with a solvent then paint the system with hi temp paint. We also offer some systems pre-finished with a ceramic coating.

ALL SYSTEMS INCLUDE ALUMINUM FLEX HOSE AND INSTALLATION KIT.

EMPI is pleased to present this precision designed equal length runner exhaust system with 2 chrome baffled tips. Constructed of long-lasting 304 Stainless Steel and 1 3/8" tubing. The polished muffler body is finished with a matching EMPI badge in 304 Stainless Steel. This system delivers a more aggressive sound while the exhaust tips exit the stock apron cut-outs for a clean look and engineered for an easy bolt-on fit. This TIG welded exhaust has 3/8 thick flanges for a secure fit. This system comes with heat risers and allows proper clearance for fresh air hose routing. System Includes aluminum flex hose, riser gaskets and hardware and can be used with stock heater boxes or J-tubes.

The BUGPACK Single Quiet Pack Muffler is one of two options available to install with the Street Header. Made from Stainless Steel with thick flanges for a solid seal and TIG Welded for a long life.

The B2-5420-S Muffler is designed to fit the B2-0311-S Street Header. Sold separately.

This Two Tip Stainless Steel Exhaust is a perfect upgrade from your stock mild steel pea-shooter. Precision designed for a perfect fit and features 3/8 thick mounting flanges, standard on all of our new exhausts. Constructed of 1/16 thick 304 stainless steel and 1 3/8 tubing, this high-quality system is mandrel bent and TIG welded to ensure an exhaust that sounds great and is long lasting. This system features internally baffled exhaust tips for a deeper sound and the tips are designed to exit the apron cutouts for a clean look. This exhaust system includes heat risers and allows proper clearance for fresh air hose routing.This system will not fit with heater boxes and can only be installed using our J-tubes.
