This is a stabilizer bushing. It is pressed into the right (passenger) side tie rod
where the stud on the steering stabilizer passes through. It helps to minimize
vibration in the front end by cushioning the contact point between the two metal
surfaces and absorbing some of the shock from uneven road conditions.

EMPI drop spindles are brand new units, not re-manufactured old cores! CNC machined to exact tolerances. These forged drop spindles feature 1/4" outwards offset. Clearance is usually not an issue. Made only for the 4-lug VW (4/130) and 5-Lug Porshe (5/130) disc brake applications. These spindles are the first step to a brake system upgrade while giving you the built-in ability to lower your car an automatic 2 1/2" just by bolting them on. Ball joint spindles require 69-on style tie rod ends. Uses original steering geometry so the ride and handling of the car is not negatively effected.

A deluxe kit with stainless hose clamps, bolts, inserts and nuts.Swing axle boots slip over the lip of the transaxle side cover and clamp down on the axle tube, allowing the proper range of motion in the rear end while still containing all the gear oil in the axle tube.
