1974 owners: Your original alternator has an external regulator. You can purchase the 1973 wiring harness and then run the alternator connectors to the external regulator. You would have to splice the wires to do this because the regulator module is about two feet away! You could also retrofit to the alternator with the internal regulator and use the 1973 harness, as is.IMPORTANT: These harnesses are custom made by a veteran wiring harness manufacturer using original wiring specifications. While they are guaranteed, a customer rejected harnesses which conforms to our tests, and which is correct for the car for which it was ordered will be sent back to the customer with no refund.
