This circlip is used on the ends of the axle shaft to prevent the axle shaft from slipping through and falling out of the CV joint.

This is a stabilizer bushing. It is pressed into the right (passenger) side tie rod
where the stud on the steering stabilizer passes through. It helps to minimize
vibration in the front end by cushioning the contact point between the two metal
surfaces and absorbing some of the shock from uneven road conditions.

Install between the trailing arms, on the posts of the front beam.
Keep suspension from bottoming out.

Two or more may be required for each side. These seal and adjust clearance
of the axle tube. Adding gaskets increases clearance and loosens axle tube..
 

Fits: 1968-1979 VW Bus

Each VW Bus has four ball joints: two upper and two lower.
The ball joints are identical.Each ball joint is pressed into
the corresponding trailer arm. Cams should be preserved
as they are not included with the ball joints. Each ball joint
includes its boot, held into place. Each ball joint is pre lubricated.

These are the best available German ball joints. They are
recommended for cars with anticipated very long term use.
